Alfred Move-in Services
To make your move-in as seamless as possible, THEA offers curation of the best movers in Los Angeles. New residents will receive a Complimentary Welcome Pack with household essentials. You also have the option for your refrigerator to be stocked with groceries, so you won’t miss a snack or a meal while getting settled in.
Need more assistance? You can also opt for day-of, on-site coordination of your move-in. Please note that cost of purchased services and items will be billed to you directly.
IN-HOME ALFRED SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR LEASE
One of our most popular services is Alfred tidy-up, including bed made to hotel standards, trash and recycling removed, kitchen surfaces wiped down, couch and pillows straightened, light dish cleaning and dishwasher loading/unloading.
Also included: Groceries purchased and delivered into fridge and professional home cleaning coordination.
For your convenience and peace of mind, you can arrange for mail and package pick up, and packages boxed and sent.
Let’s face it, you have better things to do on the weekend than think about laundry. Let Alfred arrange your dry cleaning and laundry, all returned into your closet.

Additional services include bike repair coordination and free basic tune-up (tire-inflation, drivetrain lubrication); tech concierge (affordable peripheral repair, installations, troubleshooting); and daily in-home package delivery (optional Monday-Friday).
THEA loves pets! One of our Exclusive Additional Services is pet service coordination, including dog walking, grooming, and day care, to keep your fur baby happy and well-cared for.
