Just in time to greet the gorgeous Spring weather, THEA’s luxurious outdoor amenities have reopened for residents and their guests. With over 1.5 acres of open-air space to relax and entertain – including downtown’s largest pool and our exclusive private Sky Lounge – THEA offers a lush oasis in the middle of DTLA. Encompassing two distinct amenity levels – Level 9 and Level 27 – you’ll discover endless possibilities to live, work and play when you make THEA your home. Stroll our expansive 1.5-acre deck with beautifully landscaped walking trails. Take a dip in the 25-meter resort-style heated salt water pool with jacuzzi spa. Or exercise your culinary skills at our catering kitchen pavilion. Out of an abundance of caution, indoor amenities remain closed.

Our luxury cabanas are the perfect spot to read a book, chat with friends, or even work from home.

We love pets! You can romp with your furball on our rooftop dog park.

Share a cocktail, nibbles and some congenial conversation in our comfortable outdoor seating areas.
